1. Digital Ticketing

NRAC issues digital tickets in the form of secure QR codes and alphanumeric keys. Upon successful payment verification, your ticket will be delivered immediately to the email address provided during checkout and will be accessible via your Customer Account.

2. Final Sale & No Refunds

Because digital event tickets are delivered immediately and grant access to limited-capacity events, all ticket sales are final. We do not offer refunds, cancellations, or exchanges unless an event is officially canceled by the organizers. In the event of cancellation, refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

3. Payment & Processing Fees

All transactions are processed securely via Stripe. A non-refundable payment processing fee is automatically calculated and added to your cart total to cover the gateway costs. By completing your purchase, you agree to this total charge.

4. Right of Admission

NRAC and the venue organizers reserve the right of admission. A valid digital ticket (QR code) must be presented at the door. We reserve the right to refuse entry to any individual displaying disruptive behavior, without a refund.
